Educators want to reach the most marginalized. How do we help them?

This past year, I learned how to help educators reach the most marginalized. The biggest lesson I learned was that equity and culturally responsive teaching are essential for supporting all educators and students regardless of demographic background, but it is especially needed for students from marginalized groups.
